Frequently asked Questions

Sizing         

All items are made to a specific size (see item descriptions) which has been proven to be the most popular size for customers.  I do understand that many people require a smaller or larger item and are happy to help with this.  Please email to make adjustments to the sizes.

To measure your sizing it is best to use a piece of string and a ruler.  Measure to desired length for necklace, measure firm (but not tight) for wrist and ankle.

 

Shipping

Shipping is $4 for a single item and is capped at $8 for multiple items.  Shipping is free with orders over $100.

All items are shipped with REGULAR Australia Post.  Items are posted within 1 - 3 business days of finalised order. Depending on your location, shipping may take 2- 7 business days to arrive for Australian customers. For international customers, shipping may take anywhere from 7 - 21 business days via Air Mail.

*PLEASE* make sure your shipping address is correct this is the responsibility of the purchaser.

All items are checked and carefully packaged before they are posted. I am not responsible for damage which has occurred during the shipping process or for lost items.

 

Care of your jewellery

Although I use the finest components to make my jewellery there is still an expectation that the customer needs to care for their jewellery.  When not in use all jewellery should be kept in a closed container, whether this be a jewellery box or drawer.  This keeps dust off and helps stops silvers from tarnishing.  Also keep gemstones stored away from water.  Some gemstones are porous and water can be harmful to them.

 

Custom orders 

Please email to arrange.  Custom orders must be paid in full before work commences.  There shall be no refund on custom orders.

 

Warranty    

There is a 3 month manufacture warranty for all jewellery.  This does not include wear and tear or misuse.

 

Refunds/exchanges  (returns)  

I am happy to refund items.  Contact to be made within 1 week of receiving your goods.  Goods to be returned within one week of contact.  Proof of purchase is also required, email or bank statement is sufficient.

 

Wholesale                       

Yes, wholesale is available.  Please email to arrange.

 

Repairs           

Damaged goods that have had a good life and are ready for a revamp may be repaired for a nominal fee depending on the work required.  Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Photos  

It is out of my control what colour the picture will appear due to the settings on your device.  

 

Gemstones are unique and may appear to be imperfect with differing marks these are called inclusions.  They occur naturally when gemstones form adding to the beauty of gemstone jewellery.
